Dinner last night: Pizza!

A hot sunny morning, so storms likely in the afternoon.
Our Daughter-in-law took our Grandson in for a sneaky surprise visit to my Wifes work yesterday, which she loved. Hopefully they’ll be coming for dinner tonight.
I decided today that I am going to buy a lotto ticket that will be drawn on the same day as I am having surgery.
The logic behind it is that I already know I’ll be winning on the day – because the Surgery will be my win!
I am very much noticing the effect that last nights dinner has had on me.
I finished the evening lying in bed with wild stomach cramps and ended up having to get up and go to the loo.
Last time I had a load of carbs I ended up with constipation for 3 day, so even though I knew that my body didn’t really like them, this has been shown twice to me without any shadow of a doubt, since I started on the pro-op vlcd.
I am also noting that I am incredibly sluggish today.
Ugh!
Note to self:
Processed carbs are not my friends!
Oh, I also did I big fridge and pantry cleanup today.
The chickens are gonna be wildly happy when their breakfast is served tomorrow for sure!!
